Crayola's Launch in Estonia & Latvia
The Task: Our objective was to execute a two-stage digital campaign targeting mothers with children aged 2-6 in the Estonian and Latvian markets, increasing brand awareness and driving sales via local e-commerce platforms. Our secondary goal was to enhance Crayola’s appeal to retailers.
The Challenge: The Crayola brand had limited visibility in the Estonian and Latvian markets for almost two decades, with consumers primarily associating the brand with classic crayons only. Our challenge was to expand consumer awareness of the brand’s full range of high-quality creativity products.
The Solution: We analyzed the markets and aligned on marketing objectives, developing a comprehensive creative and media strategy that formed the foundation for all marketing materials. This included custom photos, banners, copy, social media content, and media activities such as influencer marketing and optimized paid media plan.
