Plasmon's Launch in Baltics
The Task: Our task was to develop a launch campaign for the Plasmon baby food brand in the Baltic region. In addition to increasing brand awareness among our target audience, we aimed to pique the interest of retailers.
The Challenge: Launching Plasmon baby food brand with limited budget in the already saturated Baltic market as a foreign brand, with no local websites or prior communication campaigns. The objective was to gain consumer trust, retailer interest, and build brand recognition among the target audience while accounting for cultural differences and local preferences.
The Solution: To tackle this challenge, our team began by developing a creative and media strategy. We designed and developed local landing pages and social media accounts with informative content to raise awareness about the brand. We launched digital campaigns across three markets.
The Results: The campaign successfully piqued the curiosity of retail assortment managers, granting the brand an opportunity to broaden its sales channels. Notably, heightened awareness within the target demographic led to enthusiastic outreach from baby groups seeking collaborations with the brand.

“We worked with VIVID on a 6-month-long pan-Baltic marketing project. The process was smooth and very professionally led by the project manager. I valued the agency’s commitment to executing comprehensive market research before developing creative and media strategies. VIVID’s team created eye-catching campaign creatives, informative content, and professionally built websites. By the end of the project, we had successfully launched a new brand on three markets and reached our goals for our target audiences.”
